The ground-floor commercial areas enhance the neighborhood's vibrancy, while the landscape design, featuring mature trees and essential furnishings, defines a welcoming and contemporary environment designed for the community. Landscape design plays a key role: mature trees and natural stone-paved paths guide pedestrian flows, while minimalist urban furniture encourages moments of rest and gathering.
