The project for a residential building in Cassarate, one of the most renowned districts of Lugano, perfectly embodies the balance between the residential and urban dimensions of the area. Cassarate is known for its residential vocation integrated within a dynamic urban context, and the project reflects this duality. Through a process of urban and functional regeneration, the building discreetly and modernly integrates into the existing fabric, respecting the neighborhood’s identity while introducing a contemporary architectural language. The building’s clean and geometric lines harmoniously blend with the surrounding green spaces, while the large windows offer suggestive views of the urban landscape and surrounding hills. The choice of materials and elegant finishes give the building a refined and durable appearance, designed to stand the test of time, with particular attention to residential comfort and environmental sustainability.

Il progetto per un edificio residenziale a Cassarate, uno dei quartieri più noti di Lugano, incarna perfettamente l’equilibrio tra la dimensione residenziale e urbana del luogo. Cassarate si distingue per la sua vocazione abitativa integrata in un contesto cittadino dinamico, e il progetto riflette questo dualismo.
